In perfect tabloid fashion one can expect this time in a contentious election cycle (remember Herman Cain), supermarket tabloid The National Enquirer decided to fabricate a sex scandal about Ted Cruz that could be the plot for a sequel to Eyes Wide Shut if it weren't so unbelievable.

Washington Post confirmed two of the affairs. They and Breitbart were sitting in the story. The Person affair has been rumored since she left his camp and joined Trump.

There is no way Limbaugh, Levin, et al don’t know about this. Will they play it like all the talk hosts so far today, acting like it didn’t happen? No one has mentioned it, even to say “the National Enquirer says” - and you know the Bill Handel show (libs) would be all over this! Must have been told they can’t touch it yet.

I think it was the Washington Times, not the Post, that confirmed the story.
You know, why wouldn’t he come out immediately and defend himself? It seems really strange. If you were accused of something like that, especially as a highly visible sitting Senator and presidential candidate, wouldn’t you immediately have a statement this morning?
