This is a popular "threat" this weekend. Personally, I fail to see the downside of all these communists fleeing the Constitution.

If they then attempt to return, it will be a simple presumption of hostile intent, since they are unable to accept US law as written, and they can be shot on sight.

2. Less crappy movies and albums. Check.

3. Overall IQ of the country is raised. Check.
