A late thought: How many folks actually order those humongous hamburgers on a regular basis? I will admit that I’ve had a Wendy’s double and a Double Whopper within the last year, but that is only twice and then I skip the fries.
Oh well. I’m not counting the twice yearly trips to Indiana when I stop at the Steak and Shake on the way and have their Double steak burger, fries and a chocolate malt. Once going out and once on the way back.
I can’t eat the same amount of food at one sitting as I could in my 20’s but will on occasion pig out with a huge burger with fries and a shake.
I’ve been surprised and pleased with the new Arby’s menu. I really didn’t like their roast beef sandwiches, but the new turkey/chicken/fish sammiches are a real step up for them!
