FairTax is not an income tax.
There is legislation in the Congress to repeal the 16th Amendment.
FairTax fundamentally alters the relationship between Americans and their government.
Government becomes the slave, again, exactly as the Founders intended!
American citizens become the master!
And how do you conclude this to be the case when the fair tax is nothing but a direct tax that is not based upon a Congressional budget, it is not based upon any census, it applies to every person, working or not working, and the bill is sent to the individual and not the states as the Constitution requires all direct taxes to be billed. Talk about tax illiterate!!!
