Couldn’t spell “enumerated”...or “powers”
Good read. Guaranteed to ruffle some hair around this place.
When he talks I cringe!
List all required specific elements of “conservative” Be totally inclusive with not a single omission and hurry. It’s easy.
2 hrs before @realDonaldTrump rally's start, thousands are packed into Grumman Studios. Lotta red hats. #TrumponLI
Trump will make up what the Constitution means.
Trump the Chump is a flunkie. He’s a democrat loser. Those who support him are LOSERS.
Hey, at least he didn’t say “Twitter, big hands, and the libel laws”.
A submission for your gentle ministrations. :)
Trump has a 5th grade understanding of civics and a 2nd grade level of maturity.

Lol, and this clown is trashing Trump for an answer given to spur of the moment questions. And did the writer ever give the correct - according to him - three answers to the question?
"According to the tenth amendment, those powers should be left "to the States respectively; or to the People."
To begin with, note that the 10th Amendment is not merely a guideline. This is evidenced by the following excerpt.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
Next, Trump has published major points concerning Trumpcare.
Healthcare Reform
Note that several points of Trumpcare arguably employ Commerce Clause powers (1.8.3), not stolen 10th Amendment-protected state powers, to help reduce healthcare costs.
One example, point 2 of Trumpcare, is that Trump wants to get rid of unconstitutional federal barriers to interstate insurance policies.
In fact, note that a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that insurance policies are contracts, not commerce. So Congress actually has no constitutional authority to regulate insurance policies regardless if the parties involved in such a contract are domiciled in different states.
4. The issuing of a policy of insurance is not a transaction of commerce within the meaning of the latter of the two clauses, even though the parties be domiciled in different States, but is a simple contract [emphasis added] of indemnity against loss. Paul v. Virginia, 1869. (The corrupt feds have no Commerce Clause (1.8.3) power to regulate insurance.)
Trumpcare point 7, getting rid of trade barriers for medical products, also seems to be reasonably based on federal Commerce Clause powers.
Who cares. Cruz is a creepy poopyhead. /s
Trump talks "tough".
That's all that matters!
He doesn't, y'know, actually have to know anything.
GOPe bastards!
This topic was beaten to death on this site last month. Need we read more? Do a search next time. We’re not about to give your site a hit.
He posted the whole article so I did him a favor and gave him that hit. I always read the source anyway so wth, and research. Which is why I decided who I was going to vote for after DT’s third, I, I, I, rally and realized he has major issues.
For one and all, the source blog/news site is enlightening. The authors are awe-inspiring and to them I say, with hugs, “Welcome Home.”
Thank Rainforth for the work he did for Marine Sgt. Tahmooressi and I hope Tahmooressi is healing.
Can the author mention list more than 10 Reps or Senators that believe in enumerated powers?
