Wait. Didn’t Nancy Pelosi insist they had already cut the budget to the bone and couldn’t cut any more? Right.
Has there EVER been an audit done on federal giveaway ... sorry, “assistance” ... programs? These “entitlements” are the biggest item in the federal budget but receive the least scrutiny. I’ve heard some of these “queens” collect from more than one state. Does anybody check?
Of course, once you show me where the Constitution authorizes such largess through Uncle Sugar’s credit card, I’ll gladly shut up.
