Aw ... (won't say it)

Thank goodness for cruise control.

What is the point of marked vehicles then?

I’ll observe that strict attention to staying below 5 over the limit eliminates the need to be always searching for the freedom restrictors and revenuers..

The real sad part of this is the obvious use of moving violations to increase revenue. They used to make cop cars stand out intentionally to suppress illegal actions. Now they re officially putting the cars on the road in stealth mode for purposes of generating income and no other reason. No more Interceptors - now they are Lurkers.

Are these on Mexican Fords or American Fords?

Do the have horns that play La Cucaracha?

It doesn’t appear to help the driver at all, so why did they do this? Did they say or any wild guesses out there?

My guess why they did this?

Gas Mileage. Rumor from my airplane buds here in MI is the cross-member bars on the roof racks of the old Chrysler Mini-Vans and SUV's was costing them 2 MPG... Obama's mileage numbers and meeting them are everything right now..

The only time I ever called a cop is when I saw someone getting attacked in the street and flagged down a cruiser that happened to be driving by.

But I guess hiding and collecting revenue is more important than helping people...

"Car enthusiasts occasionally pride themselves on being able to pick out police cars from far away. I don't condone speeding, but if you ignore my wishes, it's a good idea to at least be smart about it. That's about to get a whole lot harder with Ford's new low-profile LED light bar."

Can someone please explain what these three sentenses mean?

Wont matter to radar users.

Will make pacing speeders (not using radar) easier for cops.

I usually look at the tires and suspension. Police vehicles usually sit just a bit higher with meatier tires.

I’m sick of the ghost cars though. Normal cars, muscle cars and pickup trucks.

I’ve told my daughters to never pull over for a completely unmarked car. Wait till a real car arrives.

My son has his permit. He was driving to church the other day and had a cruiser behind him for several miles. He didn’t say anything to me but was pretty intimidated until he made a turn and got a good look at the driver. It was a friend of ours also going to the church and off duty. My kid floored it.
