I talked to my brother-in-law the other day. He's in Montana and he's had a real hard time finding employees that actually want to work at his nursery and landscaping business. Most of the younger generation 18-30, just want to fish, drink, or hang out. He said it's the worst he's very seen and that many of his friends (that own businesses) are having the same problem.
An awful lot of them are lazy, entitled, snarky brats that want to be taken care of.

Most of the younger generation 18-30, just want to fish, drink, or hang out.Not into fishing here, but partying. Same problem in Texas. It's REALLY bad. Someone has got to take control and start the populace down a more productive path. I have a solution for all of this, and, it's not real pretty but, it will work.

Get rid of the welfare net and the freebies and these people will either work or starve. That’s the way it was for me...and it worked out fine.
