Trump has received only 40% of the primary vote. Trump is losing the general election by 10 points to Hillary and 16 points to Sanders.
Cruz hasn’t won 50% in a primary.
He got over 50% at the kooky mormon caucus which was only 120,000 votes. Trump usually beats Cruz by 120,000 votes in any big state.
