LEO checkpoints.....not just for DUIs any more.
LEO “safety” checkpoints are common in PA where I live. I have never actually gone through one, because I am too impatient... they are usually located on a main highway (55 mph) and back up traffic for many miles. I just take back roads home when I see this, as do most other people. I would guess that anyone with anything to hide would do the same, so what is the point, other than to inconvenience all motorists during peak commute times returning home from work? I know what the USC has ruled, but they are wrong, this is unconstitutional.
