1. Bolts have to stay on their skates and stop cleaning the ice with their butts.
2. The Bolts need to be realize that forechecking, especially in the neutral zone, is a good thing and that it's one of the reasons they were outplayed in game 2.
3. Bolts need to crash the net like the Pens did in game 2 and keep the pressure on Murray.
4. Bolts need to pass like they did in game one. Game 2 was about as sloppy as it gets.
5. Avoid penalties. It's tough enough stopping the Pens offense when it's 5 on 5.
That said, the Bolts had more than enough chances to steal that second game and go up 2-0. But, having watched the Stanley Cup playoffs since I was in single digits, I'm happy with a split away. Game 3 will tell us where the series is headed. It's always a good barometer.
