Had to put down our 17 YO lab last month. Sad, but she was a ghost of her former self.The 2 YO lab didn’t care at all.

it’s nice for people to say aww, old dogs should be given time to drop dead. In practice, its tough when they get incontinent and have a hard time getting up and out.

So sorry to hear it. We lost our 17.5 year old Beagle Buddy two years ago and we are still wishing him back.
