I’m hopeful an inspector general report can be pried out the federal gov that accounts for this “lost” 6 billion - before the election. As I was typing this, I recall reading that the Inspector-General position for the State Department has been vacant - crap.
I am SURE that is not a coincidence or anything.... /S
