Does anyone really want to shift to single-person restrooms in public?
That would leave men standing in the long line behind women. That would leave everyone with fewer facilities, so longer lines for women too. That would still require a parental escort to keep perverts from forcing their way in behind a child. Everyone loses and no one wins, plus the people standing in line would resent the entitled perverts even more because of the resulting inconvenience.
Restrooms are about plumbing. People should use the facility that matches their plumbing, not how they happen to feel.
How can that be called kind?

Another solution for those who are just gender confused: remove their ability to procreate by any means: the males lose the plumbing for males.

Well, I suppose we could have buried the individual up to his neck and then stoned him. But that didn't seem to be the prevailing sentiment. We couldn't find anyone without sin to throw the first stone.
People just dealt matter-of-factly with a situation that nobody exactly planned on.
The guy/gal was treated kindly by the women, benignly by the men.
No one made a big fuss. It took some getting used to, I suppose, but like I said, he was really feminine gay to start with, and it really didn't seem shocking when he flipped.
We are having this conversation because the Elites, in their attempt to destroy Western Civilization, are forcing us to have this conversation.
They are simply managing the expectations of the serfs. By destroying our norms and values they can then substitute their preferred (for us) norms and values.
You know what lesson I take from your vignette?
That women are more likely than men to cast off their deeply-held values in order to follow a fad, and that women are more likely to make decisions using their emotions rather than their brain.
But yeah, it was nice what they did. Empathy is a good thing and is a glue that unites humans.
