It’s pretty easy to see why she had one less bell to answer. He’ll she was starving the poor guy, only fixing him one egg.

Great song! Always liked that group. Thanks, simpson 96!

Well, her wedding bell blues were short lived. She’s been married to Bill since 1969.

She just wanted to make sure he didn’t get too much cholesterol.

Terrific talent and a really great person, as evidenced by their long marriage after she finally did hear her wedding bells.

I think the best song from the 5th Dimension was “Grazing in the Grass.” I can dig, you can dig it .......... Great vocals.

Ah, 1972. In those days, there wasn’t a question that all people mattered or which bathroom to use.

Her voice was fantastic! IMO, the only better voice was Karen Carpenter’s.
I am an oldster and it shows.

MM sure was a pretty lady; classy too. Something that seems lost on the current generation of female stars. Curmudgeon alert!

Marilyn was easy on the eyes :And a Class Act as well. Back in the '80s, I attended a taping of the Solid Gold show. Usually packed, this time there were only about eight of us in the audience, all strung out along the front row.
She did her song, and at the end all of us clapped - it sounded like one of those weak cheers from Python's "Holy Grail".
She came to the edge of the stage and sincerely thanked each one of us individually. After seeing some of the other inflated egos on that show (Bill Cosby, Rick James, Rick Dees), she really stood out as a down-to-earth lady.

Did you ever hear “dust to dust”? It’s on their greatest hits albums. The words are so true for us old tarts.
