This song is one of the best protest songs ever in my opinion. Disturbed’s cover of it just made it a little better. The end reminds me of the painting of Jesus crossing the river.......or, if reversed....of George Washington crossing the Delaware.
I’m impressed that there is a 9th grade teacher that isn’t a complete liberal artard. My compliments. Keep doing what you’re doing.
