And to add to my earlier comments, he is somehow a liar or unethical or some bullcrap, even though the examples are made up. It started with the Carson Iowa thing, which simply was a repeat of the CNN story, but I guess Cruz is the devil for doing that. Trump’s challenge to the status quo was great, but this has become a weird cult of personality like the Obama-zombie movement that still blinds millions to this day.

The vile posts about Ted Cruz are wrong headed and IF one would read his book and go meet him in person, they’d change their hard hearts....maybe not to vote for him but forgive him for being human. He’s NOT a bad man and has not made perfect choices that I would although I have not endured the campaign trail daily. I do want a Christian back in the White House and voted for him in TX for Senator and for Pres. I will vote for Trump if he’s on the ticket against Clinton/Sanders.

That's another one of his huge issues. At some point, gross, deliberate, repeated distortions cross a line and qualify as the outright lies that they are. Cruz crossed that line a long time ago.

No cult of personality. Everything Cruz has said, done or the people he has associated with this campaign season has been the opposite of his persona. Most of us who fell away from Sen. Cruz feel we were fooled and betrayed. And Cruz continues to thumb his nose at the American voters.
No. It was not "simply" a repeat of the CNN story. The Cruz people added to that story things that neither CNN nor the Carson campaign ever said, and spread it around as fact.
