I have been doing a great deal of research on ketogenic diets for reversal of insulin disregulation. This includes brain insulin disregluation in regards to neurological disorders. This is kind of a departure from my many years of engineering, however there was an identifiable cause for "failures" in regards to health that paralleled my many years of work.

This is both an exciting and frustrating change. The USDA an Ancel Keys need to be brought up to a tribunal and charged with crimes against humanity. That rabbit hole is very deep.
