That’s what the nutrition experts have been saying for decades.

Just one thing. They’ve been dead wrong.

I’ve lost 24 lbs eating about 70% of my calories as fat. Only about five percent carbs

I disagree. This is what the nutrition "experts" have been saying.

Just because they call themselves exists does not make them experts.

The real experts were saying things like:

What right has the federal government to propose that the American people conduct a vast nutritional experiment, with themselves as subjects, on the strength of so very little evidence that it will do them any good?
