I'm sure that has crossed Hillary's mind. A State Funeral might be just the sort of "October Surprise" she'll need.

My guess is Trump will have a contingency plan for that too. She'll need to spend more time with her family now. A heavy heart is too much to add to the burdens of the presidency, etc.

Here’s the problem. If she acts indifferent, she’ll look cold hearted and mean. If she puts on a show and cries her eyes out, she’ll look like a fraud. She doesn’t have her husband’s acting skills and she’ll overdo it.

I think she’s praying that he’s around until after the election. She doesn’t have the skills to exploit someone’s death for political gain herself. Sure, all of her surrogates could go out there and try to make it seem like she’s in distress, but she’ll gain nothing from that.

What the press will do will show those pockets of support cheering if he does pass and will somehow link it to Trump. They won’t show the thousands cheering when Reagan died or the sick filth lining the streets of London when Thatcher died. That *could* have some impact, but not that much.

You know, I’ve always thought it would be Bill sabotaging Hillary’s campaign because he wouldn’t want to be imprisoned in the White House with her. Now, you’ve made me wonder if she could be poisoning Bill because she’s on to him. She needs him to be out of the picture, kinda like Vince Foster.

There are quite a number of Dems who support Hillary because they fondly remember Bill. I'm not sure she's as marketable as a solo act (particularly since she's the more repulsive half of the duo).
