Knowing how Trump is he will probably get someone totally out of the blue that none of us has even thought about.
How about Jim DeMint?
Who would libertarians support as VP?
No Senators please.
I think Trump already said he’s tap Carl Icahn for Secretary of the Treasury. But Icahn is 80 so Steve Forbes might be a better choice.
Totally agree; he inherited his Dad's "crackpot gene", PLUS he doesn't add anything politically.
I suspect the only ones "pushing" him are his [very few] supporters.
He is, at least, a NBC! For a time thought Sen Ted, then Newt, now Jan Brewer. Mr. Trump has a wide field from which to choose. If the choice were to be Rand Paul, it would certainly put a smile on a number of faces. Praying that he does NOT make his choice Rubio. That would be the ultimate in betrayal.
Bull.
Put him in the cabinet, head of EPA and let him close it down.
Why do refer to Rand Paul as a “nutcase”?
Our sons, ages 28 and 26, and many of their friends are ardent supporters of the Libertarian Party. I am thinking this may be a really great idea.
I recall my papa saying he voted libertarian back in the 1970s and since because he was fed up with the choices offered by the, yes, uni-party even way back then.
If he does this it’ll close of seams and divisions in the GOP and ensure that we wont have a repeat of what happened in 92. No third party candidate against Trump and he’ll be sailing into the white house in no time.
