Way too high. I’ve always been nominal 110/70. This week I’ve had sausage fingers and been hitting up to 175/110.

Old age and stress starting to catch up with me I think.

I was getting the swelling last year - especially around the ankles and feet. Systolic is still too high, but diastolic is better since my operation, and I lost 10 lbs.

I have figured out that keeping my carb levels down helps to keep the water retention down too. I think the Doc has given up on the systolic.

They tried giving me Lisinopril, but that led to inability to breathe. I am hoping to lose another 10 lbs this summer, and hoping that will help the BP too.
