If you’ve got the money, I’d sadly advise you to buy the fast pass, especially if you expect this to be your only trip to the park. The lines suck. But CP has the best coasters in the world IMHO.
We had seasons passes one year. It was great to turn the kids loose on the park while me and the wife rode the choo choo through skeleton town all day. Took breaks at the western saloon, and hopped the sky ride over and over from the front to the back of the park.
Was last there in 2000. Was surprised at how bad the water smelled at the log ride. Guess it had been too long since I’d lived in Greater Cleveland, and had forgotten what down home NorOhio water smells like.
Still...have they never heard of chlorine?
When I was a kid, the Corkscrew was the big, new, scary coaster :-)
My friend Brad and I stood there for minute, debating whether to go on, and then we saw two nuns get off. LOL. That was it, we had to go!
Dont forget to book a fishing excursion in nearby Port Clinton and do a day trip to the winerys on South bass island
LOL! afternoon sisters...
Those Mennonite chicks are wild! LOL
Thanks for the pic; link. WOW! Amazing fun/engineering. I’ve been to Cedar Point several times when the kids were little. A great way to spend a summer day. BUMP for fun/summer.
Too true!
Wonder if they call it the Dow?.
Lots of fun. Well worth going to, at least back then. I haven't been there since the '50s.
We went there every summer when I was a kid.

Carowinds FURY 325 is 325ft, top speed 95mph. They must have missed that one.

When I was at Cedar Park, the lines were nothing compared to magic mountain, just there were so many dang rides.
I think every carnival ride of my childhood was there, the thing that drops the floor out from under you an you stick to the walls to the upside down superloop or superdragon, might be known by many other names.
