But there’s a fast declining number of guys who can work on carburetors too.

I had a lot of problems on my 67 Camaro.
Two rebuilts were as problematic as the one I had.
Internet says today high percentage of rebuilt carbs are faulty out of the box.

I finally had to break down and go over one piece by piece and make it right

I have two extra used edelbrocks that I bought to rotate with my 67 Camaro and 57 Bel Air as backups. One was so corroded up by ethanol that it may not be salvageable. Carbs are at the same time simple and finicky devices.

Yeah, I feel like the last of a breed.
