I think the majority of WV delegates are not bound.

I think they have updated it to show he gets all the delegates from WV.

Just find another source. All of the press outlets make mistakes, some make more mistakes than others. Green Papers - WV GOP Delegate Allocation

In WV, Trump got 76.9% of the vote. Cruz 9%, Kasich 6%. One can assume that the "nevertrump" idiocy isn't resonating with real people.

You have to take account that a good portion of Cruz’ and Kasich’s percentage is due to absentee ballot. If WV has early voting, that will also be the case.

Decent data here: http://www.nytimes.com/elections/results. Trump gets 67 from NE and WV, Bernie 16, Cankles 11.

nope. fox is accurate. 3 delegates are awarded to the winner of the statewide primary, 31 delegates are selected directly by the voters in dozens of down-ballot races.

Absentee and early voting are TERRIBLE ideas. They thwart the effect of momentum and late-occurring events. They also favor the “knowns”, the insiders, while new talent is still introducing themselves to voters.

NYT shows Trump at 1136 including uncommitted but declared delegates, needs 101 to clinch. NJ will put him over the top since they report first on June 7.

Google results are showing Trump got 31 of 34 WVA delegates with 97% of precincts reporting.

The 3 may be in districts that are still counting.

Google Results are showing Trump with 1,135 delegates. He now needs 102 more, with 438 still available in upcoming primaries.

Green Papers showing Trump at 1140. They also moved Trump’s column to first place, which is something new. His column used to be in the middle. Here’s the link:

I think that within the districts they have a direct election format. The way I interpret that is that I have to know who won the vote count in any district to be able to award those delegates. AS overwhelming as the total WV vote was, it is hard to imagine that all delegates from each district don’t go to Trump, but being cautious, I’d probably say, “Let’s count each CD to see if we’re actually correct.”
