It is not a State’s rights issue, as pot is illegal at the Federal level.

As others here have already pointed out, the illegalization of pot by the Federal Government is itself un-Constitutional.

There are a lot of laws that the feds make that they have no Constitutional right to make! Just because there is a federal law, does not mean the states should let it go. The Constitution defines a limited federal government with the rest of the issues being addressed by each sovereign state accordingly. Don't get me wrong. I don't think states should legalize pot, but it is a state issue, as is marriage, driving, drinking, abortion, environment, education, and a slew of others. The federal government has coopted these issues over time and the states' sovereignty has been greatly diminished over time.
