“Hmmm...not finding “marijuana regulation” in the Constitution. I did, however, find where powers not specifically granted to FedGov are reserved to the States, and to the People...

Sounds a whole lot like a State’s right’s issue to me.”

Exactly. This is entirely a state issue.

The fedgov patently exceeded their authority when they took on the task of categorizing and regulating drugs and other such substances, and undertook the “WAR AGAINST DRUGS” to protect We, the People. (The caps are on purpose, to underline the absurdity of how the fedgov approaches this problem, and most other problems, for that matter).

The fedgov profits massively from the WAR AGAINST DRUGS, and that is so wrong, on so many levels. I would venture a guess (and it is guess, nothing more) that a very high percentage of the total corruption of the fedgov can be traced to the WAR AGAINST DRUGS.

“to protect We, the People” ... from ourselves. Don’t forget that part. The entire premise of these laws is that the goons in the government think they are better suited to decide what we can put in our own bodies than we are.
