alcohol, guns, permitting is not in violation of Federal law.

Okay, one at a time. It is not against federal law to sell or consume alcohol. Strike One.

It is not against federal law to sell or possess a gun. Strike two.

Regardless of open carry state, the use of a gun for its intended purposes is not against federal law. Strike three, you're out.
