Which explains perfectly why none of them learned a thing regards the j.c. penny debacle.
You can always count on liberals to double-down on their own stupidity.
True. However some diversity officer and upper leadership feel good, so that’s all that counts to them. Well, until it begins to hurt their sales.
I’m not sure women care enough to hurt Target over this insanity. That’s how far we have fallen. I buy that Traget would have this policy for social justice reasons, but not Trump. What, he doesn’t know what his women customers think is a deal breaker? I don’t buy it.
I hope I am wrong. I wish FR had a reminder button you could set to get pinged back to threads after 3 months, 6 months, and so on. We will know eventually if we can remember.
Freegards
Target is already losing millions in revenue so I guess we shall see how it plays out.
As I posted elsewhere today, today I proudly liquidated my very modest position in Target. I bought a few shares when the stock price tanked after the identity theft crisis because I knew Target customers are loyal and that the stock price would bounce back. I will send their CEO my order confirmation with an explanatory note. We are a family of six including three teenage daughters and a teenage son and we will not be stepping foot in a Target store unless and until this offensive policy is reversed and an apology is issued.
The boycott will shortly total over 2 million people.
Christmas time is the biggest shopping season of the year.
2 Million petition signers represent families, so 8 million people are not having their Christmas bought at Target.
Conservatively, let’s call that 100 dollars per Christmas per person. 800 million bucks.
Target loses a billion dollars over a totally UNNECESSARY policy.
