Ernie Kovacs died long before his time to do so. His genius lives on and his legacy remains undaunted. He was a brilliant individual who was sorely missed. There were some television shows 'in the beginning' which parents would NOT allow us to watch. Examples: Three Stooges, Icky Twerp, Superman, just to name a few. They did allow Tennessee Ernie Ford, Art Linkletter, Queen for a Day, and This is your life, Dinah Shore Show. Laugh In, we were old enough....but but they failed to see the appeal. Growing older, never understood the ban on some of those shows that were to be never watched. Once seen, it was still unclear as to why they were censored. Triumphant
