If you don’t see it, that’s fine. I think the analogy is one that more than a few of his supporters would embrace. It’s not a pro-Trump or anti-Trump statement. He has effectively torched the present leadership and emerged unscathed from the rubble.
I think it’s apt and as you said, his supporters wholeheartedly would embrace it as what is called for. the “burn it all down” mentality has been present from the start.
