I agree. First get real salt, Celtic or South of France sea salt. The taste is so real, like elements we need, not a strange chemical. Next, don’t eat anything packaged or pre-sodium filled. Just eat real food, and when you feel it needs salt, sprinkle it on. No one likes things too salty. If you use real sea salt and only real foods, I think salt self regulates.

Chemically, how is sea salt different than ordinary table salt from the grocery store?
