Calamari is the most popular appetizer where I work. I have no desire to try it.
Those deep-fried rings are tasteless. Try it as sashimi in a place where the chef knows enough to score the top of it to make it easier to eat. Actually, it’s still tasteless but has an intriguing texture raw. Some people hate it raw too.
