The ground is sinking , at as much as an inch and a half per year.
It's not that the seas are rising
nor can it be blamed on fracking.
The problem identified as loss of ground water.

It's not that the seas are rising Ironically, as the ground sinks, it probably does make the sea-level rise...The seas may rise, but it won't be because of globull warming.
