Trump would say, "Take every precaution and find the SOB who made the call."

Hillary would say, "It's obviously a fake because terrorism is so rare", and we should trust her when she says it's OK to let the plane go as scheduled.

Just a threat is terrorism because it is intended to cause fear and inconvenience - should be same consequences as someone who actually kills folks. One must also assume that naming a specific plane could be a misdirection while another aircraft has been targeted - or a testing phase to see if they only take actions against the named plane and ignore all the others......

Is "specific threat" the trendy new phrase by our betters, like "active shooter" is used to denote a shooter who is not reclining on a chaise lounge and sipping an umbrella drink, rifle by his side?

Because then they'd be an inactive shooter.
