Not at all. Have been a loyal AT&T customer since the early 90’s with my cell phone & service. Every year I am entitled to upgrades in phones which my wife always takes advantage of.Believe me, I pay for the phones, just indirectly. My point was that I do not pay additional out of pocket money for them anymore.
