The only one I know isn’t quite accurate is the gay Spider-Man. The new guy is black/Hispanic, but not gay. Peter Parker is now a leftist billionaire industrialist, though.

I must have gotten the new Spider-Man confused with something else. Peter Parker is now Bruce Wayne/Tony Stark? So much for the guy who had to beg Mrs. Muggins for more time on the rent and Jonah Jameson for an advance!

I read a panel online where someone asks him why he doesn’t just buy whatever it was, since he’s the head of a multinational, and he says, “I only accept the level of payment of my lowest paid employee.” Groan. So, they have it both ways. He’s rich, but he’s not.
