God, I miss them. I’m sorry, but they were the best. The last troubadors. If you look at the credits from this show, they covered: Chuck Berry, Bobby Womack, Bob Dylan, John Phillips, Buddy Holly, this traditional, Sam Cooke.

There is nothing, NOTHING like a Grateful Dead concert.

There is nothing, NOTHING like a Grateful Dead concert.

Never was, and never will be again, unfortunately. Oh well, at least I've got my external drive with just about every show on it... And the memories, of course.

Though I did see The Dead with Warren Haynes at MSG back in 2009, and that was as close to a true Dead show as I've seen since 1995...
