For the time being, this is speculation and click bait. These stories come out every time on Disney movies. Yes Disney is a huge proponent of LGBT, but they have been hesitant to push it on kids movies because they know their audience and the reaction that would happen. This same fear came out with Frozen where people tried to say Elsa was a lesbian, but the message in the song and the story had nothing to do with it.
People tried to say it also with Zootopia that you should be able to choose any "identity" you want, but that wasn't the message of the story. There was one instance in the movie of animals trying to "identify" as other animals, but it was being done by con men trying to manipulate the system. Every other character in the story was content in the way they were born.
I'm not saying Disney won't do this eventually, but for now, let's stick with the facts.
