PLACERVILLE (CBS13) – The Placerville Police Department has arrested a known sex offender after they say he was seen at a park watching young school girls.
Police say 62-year-old Kenneth Tincher was at Rotary Park on Tuesday not wearing a shirt and looking at young girls on a field trip going in and out of a bathroom.
Witnesses say they saw Tincher go inside of the girls’ bathroom at one point.

I live in Placerville and we have a lot of Sex offenders shipped up here for some reason. The Megans law web page is scary to read.

I know it will be. Thing is sex offenders are not to be around kids. Yet they can be in a bathroom/ lockerroom?

Do a sex offender search and you’ll see several pervs in your neighborhood. Familywatchdog showed one near me but I know of 3 others who’ve actually been charged. One in 4 registered and reported isn’t that good but better than nothing.
