Lost In Space was great. It of course was meant to be funny, at least beginning about 1/4 of the way through the 1st (B/W) season. It, the original Star Trek, and the Twilight Zone, were, hands down, my favorite Sci-Fi series. I also remember liking Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. But haven’t seen it for decades, so don’t know if I would still like it today.

What?! No “Lost in Space”!The first episode of LiS really showed promise, with Dr. Smith being an interesting character. But within a few episodes, his character was changed to become comic relief, and it really ruined the show (at least for me.)
When I was little though, some of those episodes did give me nightmares!
