Didn’t we used to get upset about the USSR infiltrating men into the women’s teams at the Olympics?
I think it was more like they were originally women, but then were turning into men.
In this case, it’s likely a guy who cross-dresses and nothing more.
Not sure about that, but Olympic medals have been stripped from teams who were found to have been doping.
