Kim Kardashian shared her thoughts about gun control following the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history in Orlando early Sunday morning.
In a series of tweets sent on Sunday, the 35-year-old reality star called out Congress for failing to close the “terror gap,” a legal loophole that allows individuals on terrorist watch lists to purchase firearms.

Following the 2012 mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut — which left 26 people, mostly children, dead — she tweeted her support of stricter gun control. In June 2015, she also offered gun control as an idea that could change the world during a Q&A session hosted by the Commonwealth Club of California.

I would be for tying the terror watch list to the NCIS IF it had an amendment that would make the terrorist watch list public and also put into place a mechanism where a person placed on the watch list can find out who put them on the list and why. If no answer can be given or the answer doesn’t jive with the facts, they are immediately removed from the list. All at zero cost to the person on the list.
