It's difficult for many to accept but churches are essentially businesses and many pastors, ministers, etc., make out very well indeed on the "tax-free" contributions by the congregation. Maybe not all churches operate this way but quite a few do.
Many might be better off saving their money and reading the Bible at home on Sunday mornings. Seriously.
When I retire I think i’ll start a non profit and get rich.
