My libturd coworker was going on about how there are no background checks at gun shows, or on the intarwebs. I asked the stoopid bastard to prove this by going to his local gun show and making a purchase without a NICS check.

He says he won’t have a gun in his house, if there is trouble he will call the cop across the street. I can only hope when it happens it is something serious.

Here in Washington State you have to have a background check to join the Gun Show Club, and then you can buy a gun at the show. (Non-members can go to the shows and buy stuff - but not guns).

Anyway - the “people” voted yes on a bill a couple of years ago to make ALL private “transfers” have to go through the check and the $25 fee.

On the plus side - I CAN let my wife use my weapon at a “registered” gun range with no $25 fee as long as I’m there with her. I CAN NOT give her my weapon for protection when I am out-of-town, and I CAN NOT let my adult son shoot my gun at the trap range even if I’m standing next to him. (Spelled out in the 19-page law). I think that my son could inherit a weapon from me without the check, but I think that is limited to immediate family.

Of course nobody follows the rules with that kind of stuff, although I imagine that people are following it on the private sales over the internet and stuff. I have not heard of this new law being used to arrest anybody.

I have a friend in WA and I remember when the law passed. Personally, I would never sell a gun to a private individual I did not know.
I do not think it is any of the governments business if I want to let a family member use, give or sell it to them.

What a waste of time ... there are already Background checks at gunshows when you purchase a firearm at the gunshow. You still have to fill out the 4473.

Why are they proposing something that is already occurring?

Exactly and Trump has the guts to tell it like it is with Muslims. We need Trump now more than ever.

These liberal morons refuse to even read the second amendment. My two lousy California senators are among them. Both Feinstein and Boxer are gun grabbers to the extreme.

once upon a time, Fienstein would make some sense maybe a third of the time...

those days are long over for her, however. nowadays she sounds just as nuts as Boxer and Pelosi

it will be wonderful for CA to get the chance to elect someone more rational and loyal to our republic and our constitution

I hope and pray eventually. It won’t happen this time. Harris against Sanchez. Yuck. I won’t vote for either. I’ll be voting against disgusting Pelosi but this is San Fran. California and especially San Fran are lost politically and may be for quite some time. The candidates range from bad to worse to even worse.

Having Donald Trump at the top of the ticket is great though and he will do more for California than anyone.

Maybe the California political stupidity and insanity has something to do with the water supply? I mean, most of the most retarded votes are cast in the service areas of just two large water systems (hetch hetchy for SF area and mulholland’s big project for LaLaLand). All the commie/ Islamonazi bosses have to do is drop stupid pills into those two big pipes and -—). Said partly in jest. Partly
