I am not to familiar with European politics. Does anyone know enough to know which other country or countries may follow suit and declare independence from the EU?
The country has one more chance to get it right. If NE & coastal elites, cheating, or a malicious third party entry manage to drag the criminal across the finish line, look for Texit. Bigtime.
Point is, Trump is probably the only one who knows what he is talking about.
The EU is trying to bring economic discipline to socialist populist governments. They don’t like that but the problem is that the EU brings them more bail out than discipline. Let them go broke rather tha remain a burden on the healthier economies. EU is a mess.

Just left Spain (southern France 2 weeks before that) and I think Spain will get out as they have no government in charge now and especially in Barcelona (Catalonians really) aren’t happy with the E. U.
Fortunately, the logistics of launching a cross-channel invasion are more complicated than invading the South, and 21st century Europeans have less stomach for a fight than the North.

From what I’ve seen, the French have really had enough of the darn immigrants. The problem is that now they have so many, that their votes will tip the election.
The EU serves to benefit Germany. France thought it would benefit too, but learned the hard way that a sluggish economy and weak work ethic couldn’t compete and German efficiency. So, everyone but Germany, and maybe Belgium, will toy with leaving the EU. My guess is that there will not be a breakup, just a restructuring to afford member states more sovereignty and reduce micromanagement from the central bureaufuhrers.

Several with close margins as far as what their people want - will probably become more firm once Britain doesn’t implode....there’s already “omems” that we should expect a stock market rebound which means that a lot of folks are using this “crisis” as means to take some more value out of the market rather than actually panicking. A real panic would have it down over 1000 and a stop in trading being put on it.
I am hearing that the EU may return to being just a trade zone and the attempt to make one country will end.
I believe that France will be next. Marine Le Pen is already pushing for it and the polls have the people on the side of a FREXIT.
I don’t think they’ll wait long at all.
