Probably. Who cares. The fact is that the elites in these countries live lavish lives. Their underclasses are either slaves at home or are sent over as illegals to do the menial jobs so that they can transfer dollars back home. The elites are parasites at home and the migrants become parasites overseas (free healthcare, education, etc) due to Democratic policies.

I’d hate to piss in the Post Toasties of the delusional elites in Mexico-but anyone whose ancestors came from Spain to Mexico 150-200 years ago or more are Mestizos-my ancestors came over in the late 1500’s, and I’m one just as my other family members are, and we vary in color from the rather dark to the very light-most of us are sort of medium.
My 1st husband worked for a company that did a lot of work over there, so I’ve spent enough time in Mexico to have made some observations-like the resemblance of those elites to what we would call noveau riche over here-just because they have a Georgian mansion, it does not make them British...
There are an awful lot of light skinned elites in Mexico with German surnames, too-doesn’t make them any better than anyone else, no matter what they think-and the majority of the Cartel capos have light skin and eyes-not my idea of an elite unless you consider Hillary one-just another criminal with money...
