I’m a huge Beach Boys fan, loved this movie.
Wish I had a shirt like that.
The incomparable “Wrecking Crew” led by Hal Blaine on drums played the instruments on the Beach Boys albums.
The Wrecking Crew was a virtual “Who’s Who” of LA session players that included Glen Campbell among so many more.
Good harmony is really a lost art when it comes to contemporary pop and rock music.
“Don’t Worry Baby” is an one of my favorites, all time.
And, yes, I enjoyed the movie, too. De gustibus.
The song I think best displayed their harmony—along with In my room and God only knows.

I know exactly where I was when I first heard this tune. A place in London, England.
Great song, and the women looked healthier back then, both physically and mentally.
I used to have shirts like that. Of course, I was 18 and weighed about seventy pounds less than I do today.
I have a Best of the Beach Boys cd in rotation in my CD player. Have speakers outside. Had it going one day while messing around in the yard and pool and heard someone singing along to In My Room. Was the old man behind us working in his yard. Lol
