A man shot and killed his wife and three children at two north valley locations before turning the gun on himself Wednesday night, according to Metro Police.

The man shot his wife at a Walgreens back parking lot, at Lake Mead and Jones boulevards, Metro Lt. Dan McGrath said. The woman, Phoukeo Dej-Oudom, 35, suffered multiple gunshot wounds, including one in the head.

His body, along with those of his children — Anhurak Jason Dej-Oudom, 9, Xonajuk J.J. Dej-Oudom, 14, and Dalavanh Ariel Dej-Oudom, 15 — were found in a nearby apartment. They all suffered gunshot wounds, McGrath said.
