Enacting the most significant elements of a sweeping package of gun control bill UNCLE Jerry Brown on Friday signed legislation expanding kalifornia's decades old ban on assault weapons and regulating ammunition sales.

Im already reading over at Cal Guns comments from people worried about what needs to be done to comply with these unconstitutional laws. What a joke. Grow some balls people. If no one registers their newly minted big bad black guns whats the state gonna do? If no one turns in their 10+ round magazines, what are they gonna do? Be mindful but just ignore.

Isadore Hall, D-Compton, and Steve Glazer, D-Orinda, and Assembly Bill 1135, Assemblyman Mark Levine, D-Greenbrae, amending the definition of assault weapon to include semi-automatic rifles with magazines that can be detached with a button. ▪ Senate Bill 1235, de León, creating new regulatory framework for purchasing and selling ammunition. Californication has been destroyed by its ruling political elite.... terribly so... gross violations of second anendment rights pLUS highest taxes in nation, plus highest living costs due to those high taxes AND anti-business regulations, highest housing costs due to mass-scale foreign purchasing ...zero infrastructure building since about 1970...while poopulation doubled....means electical blackouts, brownouts, highest rates in 48 states and climbing, traffic backed up ten miles at a time due to zero highway construction, water running out due to zero water supply construction ...schools mostly going to Hell NOT due to lack of $$$ but just bad politics... etc etc etc a terrible terrible place to live. all those beautiful pictures of the place dating from the 1920’s 30 40 50’s.... are history. I don't think it's an outright ban....yet. One has to register these "weapons of war" as assault weapons by a certain date. The confiscation comes at a later date.
